Sheppard Law Statement on COVID-19

The Sheppard Firm, PLLC has been a fully functional virtual law firm from its inception. Although we maintain physical office spaces, we utilize a secure file server, practice management system, zoom video conferencing for client meetings and consultations, online appointment scheduling, e-fax, e-filing, and so much more for the efficiency and convenience of our clients. We operate in this way every day, so we are capable and ready to handle any travel and face to face meeting restrictions. At this point, there have been no court closures affecting our clients, so we will continue to attend and request hearings on behalf of clients. There is no impact by COVID-19 to our cases or our service to our clients. We want to specifically remind our clients of the capability to hold client meetings via zoom video conferencing. We will accommodate the request of any client to hold client meetings via zoom.

Editor’s Note: Since the time this blog was published, the Arkansas Supreme Court distributed a Statement on Novel Coronavirus Outbreak and the Courts. The Court’s Statement states, in part, “If an outbreak warrants a court closure, information will be announced locally and on the Arkansas Judiciary website: https://www.arcourts.gov.”
