A graduate of Ashdown High School, Olivia chose to return to Southwest Arkansas to provide legal services to the place she has always called home. Olivia attended the University of Arkansas where she was a member of the Psi Chapter of Chi Omega and received her law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law where she was named a Bowen Scholar. Olivia had the honor of externing for Justice Robin Wynne of the Arkansas Supreme Court. She served as President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Student Section.
Olivia worked as an Associate Attorney for the prestigious Trammell Piazza Law Firm for over three years. Although she now maintains her family law practice as The Sheppard Firm, PLLC, Olivia retains Of Counsel status with Trammell Piazza Law Firm as she associates with Trammell-Piazza on a number of cases.
Olivia Sheppard is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Arkansas Bar Association. Olivia was named to Four State’s Living Magazine’s Fabulous 40 Under 40 in 2019.
Sheppard is licensed to practice in Arkansas state courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
